I did this for myself but thought I'd upload it here, it's an upgrade on the original version which had a very loud (and clipping) left channel & very low right channel.
An alternate fixed version can be found at http://zombtracker.the-zomb.com/details.php?id=32948 but this is mono as the left channel was cloned to the right.

With this version I imported the files into Amadeus Pro, balanced the channels & normalized to -3db.
